delayconsole command page describes moving messages from the active queue into the delayed queue for a required number of seconds, with mandatory scoping via--domain,--binding,--meta, or--header(same filter semantics as thefail/reroute queuefamily). The non-module console command index listsdelaynext todelayed.The 5.3.0 changelog table is refreshed: I-1276 (OpenSSL) is moved up; I-1064 license text now calls out FIPS 140-3 / ECDSA P-256 re-issue requirements; new rows document I-1162 (
